Cub Scout Pack 613
Amherst / Mont Vernon Cub Scout Pack 613, a family pack welcoming both boys and girls, recently held their rank advancement ceremony at Wilkins School. Congratulations to our 62 scouts who earned their respective rank patches. Throughout the pandemic our scouts kept scouting alive and strong. We held a pack hike every month at local hiking trails. Our scouts performed community service by participating in 1,000,000 pieces of trash nationwide Summit project, Scouting for Food and the Amherst town wide cleanup.
Our grade-level dens sharpened their first-aid skills, learned how to use a knife safely, built Jacob’s ladders and learned how to cook in dutch ovens.

Does your child enjoy archery, camping, hiking, fishing, community service, and racing cars? These are just some of the fun activities we have planned for the year.
